What We Offer
Our social service team assists both residents and their loved ones during transitional periods to aid with communication and understanding. We also provide essential information, manage requests and concerns, and assist in the care planning and discharge planning for each resident we serve.
We can also arrange professional services for:

- Podiatry
- Audiology
- Dementia assessment
- Psychosocial and Psychiatric Evaluation
- Individual therapy
- Arrange transportation to appointments
